Ideal Protein Open House

The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a medically supervised program that results in rapid weight loss while sparing muscle mass. This program was developed over 20 years ago, for Olympic athletes.   • The risk for heart disease, congestive heart failure, sudden cardiac death, angina, and abnormal heart rhythm, is higher in individuals who are overweight or obese.
  • High blood pressure, or hypertension, is twice as common in adults who are obese than in those who maintain a healthy weight.

In order to enter the program, you with have to complete certain lab tests and provide a health history. You will then have a consultation with a coach to review your health history. Once you have been approved by the coach, you can start at any time.

Food
Our FDA approved labeled products are only available through trained and certified Health Professionals. There are certain things not allowed during the first and second phase including: pasta, rice, potatoes, legumes, breads, or carbohydrates. You cannot eat any rooted vegetable of any kind which includes beets or carrots. There are no sweet peas or corn. No fruits. No cheese and other dairy products. No nuts. No regular soda. No alcohol. You need to be able to commit to these restrictions. If there is any question, the diet may not be suited for you.

Consultation
In order to enter the program, you with have to complete certain lab tests and provide a health history. You will then have a consultation with one of our physicians to review your health history. Once you have been approved then you will meet with the coach and you can start at any time.

The group meeting is recommended to help support successful adherence to the program. It will also help network with others to solve problems, answer questions and share ideas.
