Focus on A/P and monthly general journal entries. Daily functions include all aspects of AP processing, cash transactions, and basic office support. Monthly functions include general journal entries and various reconciliations. Minimum two years of experience in accounting or accounts payable. Must be proficient in use of Excel and Word. Supervising front and back office staff and acts as a liaison between support staff and providers;
Ordering and maintaining adequate office and medical supply inventories;
Conducting all aspects of practice staff employment: interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, etc.
Demonstrating a positive customer service attitude; reacting in a timely manner to resolve patient complaints and/or employee conflict; etc.
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Nursing background a plus
Broad knowledge of physician practices and healthcare regulations
Minimum 3 years medical office management experience
Must be proficient in Word and Excel
Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service are key
Must be a self starter with strong organizational skills
Experience in the medical billing, collections and all aspects of A/R management cycle a plus

Valley Medical Center is looking for a full-time RN/LPN to help us implement our Chronic Care Management / patient population health program. This will include chart review, patient contact and collaboration with other allied healthcare providers – all with the goal of improving patient health and reducing healthcare costs.
Proficiently utilize an electronic health record and reporting tools to assist in identifying care gaps in patients with multiple chronic care conditions
Provide consistent review of all documentation, including lab and test results, hospitalizations, specialist services, emergency departments, etc. to accomplish stated program goals
Coordinate and arrange for healthcare needs to be met in assigned patient panel
LPN or RN
